I need to contact Bright Star Kids. What's the best way?
If your question isn't urgent the best way to get in touch is by filling out the Contact Form on your Agent's area. For all urgent enquiries you can either call us or chat to one of our team using Live Chat during office hours 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri AEST (excludes public holidays).

I'm a new Agent and I'm still waiting to get my kit in the mail. Can I still sell BSK's products or do I have to wait?

You don't have to wait for your kit to arrive. Once you've paid for your kit, you should receive a welcome email with your website details. Once you have confirmation of your website link you can start selling immediately! Sending an email to all your friends asking them to pass your details on to their friends is a great starting point.

How do I know if my account is active?
If you visit your website link, e.g. www.agentsname.brightstarkids.com.au and you see on the top navigation menu Your Agent is: Your Name then you know that every sale that is made will be linked to your account and you'll get 25% commission. If you don't see Your Agent is: Your NameĀ there could be a problem and you'll need to get in touch and let us know.

Am I the only Agent allowed in my area?
No, we don't have any area restrictions so there can be more than one Agent in any area. As most of our Agents are busy Mums, we have built our system so you can be part-time or full-time without any worries or targets to meet. To ensure that we have enough Agents to take care of our customers who want to have parties, it's necessary to have more than one Agent in an area to meet the demand. It also means that you're not locked into any one area, which is great if you move house or need to do a party in another suburb. It gives you more flexibility and will allow you to pick up sales opportunities if you happen to spot one outside your local area.

If I am out of the office I need to make sure I can regularly check my email, how can I do this?
You have access to BSK mail server (http://webmail.brightstarkids.com.au) 24/7 which you can log into anywhere anytime to see your email. If you have an iPhone or similar device, you should be able to set up an email application like Outlook to download your BSK emails. See our Setting Up Outlook Guide for more information.

Can I make any changes to my version of the BSK website?
Sorry, only BSK head office can make any changes. However, you do have a personalised public profile that you can edit in your Agent Area. We recommend that you keep your personal information such as email and telephone numbers private and don't list them on this area.

Is it a requirement that I have a BSK voicemail message on my phone?
If a customer tries to call you and can't get through, it's important that you have a BSK message on your answering machine. This encourages the customer to leave a message and hopefully it will mean you won't lose any potential sales.
