Want to get a sample of our products before you buy? We'd love to send you out a FREE sample of our Wall Stickers, Wall Letters or Labels so you can test them out before you buy. Email us your address, along with the samples that you'd like and we'll get them out to by the next working day. If you need to see a particular design or colour let us know and we'll do our best to get it out to you.

We know that sometimes shopping online can be difficult when you can’t actually hold and touch the product. To make it easy for you to shop through our website, you can rest assured that if any product doesn’t meet your satisfaction when you receive it, simply get in touch for a full refund or exchange.

Does the money back guarantee cover personalised products?
If you are not happy with the quality of your personalised products and feel that they do not look like the images on our website, please get in touch for a full refund or exchange.

We may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. If the product has managed to slip through our high quality controls, we will immediately issue a refund or exchange. Sorry but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.

Other Returns or Exchanges Questions

Product Performance Issues: If you've experienced performance issues with any of Bright Star Kids products, check out our How To Use section on the top left hand side that has lots of tips and tricks to make using our products easy.

If you can't find any answers there please contact the friendly team at Bright Star Kids and we will try our best to help sort out any issues you may have, so that you can go back to enjoying using your products.

Incorrect Order: If you've received an incorrect order or you can see something wrong with your order, please log into your account, where you'll see the entire order that you placed. If the order you placed is perfect, but what you've received is incorrect, please see below:
  • Incorrect non-personalised products: If we've sent you an incorrect non-personalised product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item and we will send the correct product out to you. You will be required to return the incorrect product, which we will cover the cost of.
  • Printing error on personalised products:
    • If a printing error was made by Bright Star Kids we will happily offer to reprint them at our cost or issue a refund if you prefer.
    • If you made a mistake when ordering personalised products through our website or if you changed your mind, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We offer a previewer and a list of the personalised details of every order in the shopping cart to help you double check that all names and details are entered correctly before you confirm your order.
  • Part of the order was not received: If you have not received all items in your order it may because the other items are on back order. Please get in touch within 7 days with the details of what you have received so that we can advise you about the outstanding items.
Loyalty Points & Refunds: If you receive a refund for your purchase, we will need to deduct the reward points that you earned from this purchase from your account. If you do not have sufficient points left on your account to cover this, we may need to adjust your refund slightly.
