I need Labels urgently! How fast can you deliver?
Pick FAST TRACK (cost $8.50) & if you live in a next day Express Post area you should receive it within 1-3 working days after placing your order....perfect for last minute orders. Unfortunately for WA postcodes outside 6000-6005 & 6800-6899 there will be a considerably longer delivery time, even if you choose Fast Track.

 Can I get FREE delivery?
Yes, when you spend over $20 on labels (or over $50 on wall art & bags) you'll get FREE standard delivery! See the standard delivery times below.

If you don't qualify for free delivery, there will be a small flat fee instead...see the rates below:


What's your current printing time for labels?
Currently we have a super fast printing time of only 1-2 business days. If you need them faster, then pick our Fast Track option and your order will be pushed to the top of the queue and sent via express mail.

Please note that if you choose a payment option other than a Credit Card or PayPal, then your order will only be processed once payment has cleared.

How long will delivery take?
For our Free standard delivery option, this will vary from a few days to a number of weeks depending on where you live. Our Fast Track delivery option will arrive much faster & can be tracked.

Although most orders get delivered really quickly, we recommend the following postal time guides so you won't be disappointed:
  • Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas: 2 - 6 business days
  • Other Capital & NSW, QLD, VIC and SA Regional areas: 3 - 10 business days
  • WA, TAS, NT & Remote QLD areas: 5 - 15 business days

Please remember that a public holiday doesn't count as a business day. Please also note that some rural destinations may take longer than the time specified here.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
If you can have a little more patience for another 5 business days and if they haven’t arrived by then, please let us know and we’ll track them down for you. Don’t worry we’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order on time.

What days do you post orders?
We post orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If I’m not home what will happen to my order?
For most Label orders, these will be sent in a small envelope that will fit into most mail boxes. If you’ve placed an order for a large amount of Labels, Wall Art or Wheelie Bin Labels, then you may have received a card in your letterbox if you weren’t home. Your postman should leave you a card and take it back to your local post office, where you can collect it.

My order has items missing. What do I do?
If you think that there is something missing from your order please contact us directly within 2 days of receiving your order.
