How long does it take to send out my order?
We have a super fast printing time of only 1 - 2 working days!

How long will it take to arrive once it’s been sent?
Most of our US & European customers find that their orders arrive within 7 - 15 business days.

I need it in a hurry, do you offer Express Mail?
Yes, if you need it in a hurry please choose the Fast Track option in the checkout. These orders are prioritised and sent using Express Mail International, which normally arrive within 5 - 10 business days to countries such as the US, UK, Singapore, Ireland and most of Europe.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
If you can wait for another 5 working days and if they haven’t arrived by then, please let us know and we’ll track them down for you. Don’t worry we’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order on time.

If I’m not home what will happen to my order?
For most Label orders, these will be sent in a small envelope that will fit into most mail boxes. If you’ve placed an order for a large amount of Labels, Wall Art or Wheelie Bin Labels, then you may have received a card in your letterbox if you weren’t home. Your postman should leave you a card and take it back to your local post office, where you can collect it.

My order has items missing. What do I do?
When you receive your goods, especially the Wall Art, which come in a large A3 sized protective envelope, please make sure that the protective seal is not broken. If it is, please do not accept the goods and return it to your local post or mail office. We cannot accept responsibility if there are any missing items. If you think that we’ve just forgotten to include some of your order please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order.

Taxes & Duty: As you are purchasing goods from Australia be aware that you may be required to pay import taxes or duty, specific to your country, on delivery.
