My Orders

How long will it take to process my order?

We pride ourselves on offering a super quick service, so all orders that are paid in full will be sent within 2 working days (sometimes even quicker). If you need it in a hurry, just pick the Express Post service and it will be sent by the next working day by Express Post mail (within Australia only).

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you haven’t gone through the checkout process, you can delete any or all of your order. You can edit any of the personalised Labels or Wall Letters by clicking on the Edit button in your shopping cart. If you've just placed your order and received your order confirmation, please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.

We try to get orders printed as soon as we can, so if your order is listed as ‘printed’ or ‘dispatched’ on your account page, unfortunately it’s too late to edit or cancel it. Sorry.

If you think you’ve made a big mistake with your order and it's too late to edit or cancel, please contact us. We’ll try our best to help.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?

If you can have a little more patience for another 5 working days and if they haven’t arrived by then, please let us know and we’ll sort it out for you. Don’t worry we’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order on time. Please note, if you’ve placed an order for Wall Graphics or Wheelie Bin Labels, then you may have received a card in your letterbox if you weren’t home. It’s a good idea to check with your local post office before contacting us.

My order isn't what I expected. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us directly and we’ll try and sort it out as soon as possible.

There’s a spelling mistake on my personalised order! What can I do?

We have a very strict quality control system in place, which tries to pick up on any mistakes before they leave Bright Star Kids. However, sometimes things go wrong (we're only human).

If you receive an incorrectly spelt personalised label from us - where we've made the mistake – we’ll reprint the product and post it to you at no cost to you. You may be asked to return the product to us or take a photo so that we can find out what went wrong. Please remember, that we print every personalised product as they are written or typed, so if you've made a mistake with your spelling, then unfortunately the reprinting cost will be your responsibility.

The Wall Graphics I’ve bought aren’t what I expected. Can I send them back?

We're sorry to hear that. We do always try to make sure that you get as much information about our products before you purchase, but we understand if you’re not happy with your final purchase. As long as the Wall Graphics are in the original package and you haven’t used them, you can send them back to us with no questions asked. For change of mind orders, we’re more than happy to either send you different products of the same value or a Gift Voucher for the amount paid. This does not apply to our Wall Letters range as these are personalised for you, and like all personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded because of a change of mind.
