Help With the Label Maker

The Label Maker won't work for me, what can I do?

Sometimes the Label Maker previewer won't work if you've got a slow connection or older computer. If you're having problems with this, you can use the Basic Label Maker that doesn't have a preview. Once you open the Label Maker you should see a link on the bottom left that says "Having problems? Use the Basic Label Maker".

I have added labels to my cart but my cart says it is empty or keeps doubling some items up. What can I do?

If this happens try going back into your Label Maker. In the My Organiser section on the right of the Label Maker do the following:

  1. Tick the box on the labels that you've made and click on Move Selected to Wishlist.
  2. Then tick the box in the Wishlist and click on Move Selected to My Cart.
  3. Then click on the blue link on the top right Go To My Shopping Cart.
  4. Miraculously it should fix the problem and you should see the items appear in your cart correctly.
