Easy Payment Methods

What credit cards do you accept? Bright Star Kids accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. You can use your credit card knowing that all payments are secured using GeoTrust and Eway Payment Gateway. You can also use American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron via our partnership with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account already, that’s ok. You can create a free one easily as part of our checkout process.

I don’t have a credit card, what other ways can I pay?

We understand that you mightn’t have (or want to use) a Credit Card. If you’re in Australia, you’re also able to pay with Money Orders, Cheques and Direct Deposit. You can choose these options in the checkout. These take quite a bit of extra time (usually 1-2 working days), as we have to wait for the banks to process them. If you’re in a desperate hurry, we recommend using a Credit Card or PayPal.

How secure is my payment?

Your security is our top priority. To ensure that your information is kept secure, we use the most up-to-date security for the checkout process. To make it extra safe, we don’t store any of your credit card information on our system.

Do you keep my personal & payment information?

We don’t keep any of your payment information. We do keep some of your details, like your name, email, address and order history, which is stored in your account area to make it more convenient for you when you shop again. Are my details safe with Bright Star Kids?

Yes, absolutely. We have a very safe and secure system put in place. We’ll never use your details or send you any publications, through the mail or e-mail, without your prior consent. I’ve got a promotional code. Where do I enter it?

We’ve made it really easy to enter in any promotional code (that you may have) in the light blue section of your Shopping Cart. Once you update your cart your promotional code will automatically give you your discount or special offer.
