If you made a typing error when ordering through our website or if you change your mind, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We offer a previewer and a list of the personalised details of every order in the shopping cart to help you double check that all names and details are entered correctly before you confirm your order. Details on how to make a returnChange of mind returns: If you need to return an unused non-personalised product that is still in it’s original packaging, simply pop it in the same packaging that it arrived in or similar to ensure that it arrives back safely to Bright Star Kids. Please see bottom of page for details on how to return them. Sorry but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products. Please read below for details on returning personalised products. Returning personalised products: If you are not 100% satisfied with how your personalised products look and you feel that they do not live up to the product images as shown on our website, please contact us. We may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. If the product has managed to slip through our high quality controls, we will immediately issue a refund or exchange. Product performance issues: If you have experienced performance issues with any of Bright Star Kids products, please contact the friendly staff at Bright Star Kids. We will try our best to help sort out any issues you may have, so that you can go back to enjoying using your products. If you continue to have issues, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team so that we can find out what has gone wrong. Once we receive the returned products our team will carry out extensive tests on them. If the products are deemed to be faulty, we will gladly reprint them or issue a refund.
