Bright Star Kids gift-wrap makes every present look fabulous. You can choose from three different kinds of high quality gloss paper - pink, blue and silver. We can gift-wrap each individual product for $4.95AUD each or bundle the entire order for only $4.95. This includes a gift card that can include your message, making it even more special.

Want to wrap your entire order together? That's no problem and will only cost $4.95AUD. Just choose gift wrapping for one item and leave us a note in the Special Instructions section in the Checkout to combine the entire order together.

How do I add gift-wrapping to my order?

1. Simply purchase any item from our great product range.
2. In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see an option saying, “Gift Wrap This Item?”.
3. Simply click this link and a page will open showing the different colour options you can choose - Pink (perfect for girls), Blue (great for boys) and Silver (ideal for teenagers and adults).
4. When you go into the Checkout you’ll also be able to add a special message to the recipient, which will be added to a free gift card.
5. If you choose the gift-wrapping option, your order will be gift wrapped and tied with a white organza ribbon before it’s dispatched. No receipt or purchase value will be sent with it. If you have any questions please let us know.

If you still can’t decide what gift to purchase, you might prefer to get one of our Gift Vouchers and let them choose. Our Gift Vouchers come in $20, $40 and $50 denominations. You can personalise them with your name, the recipients name and a special message.

Your message will be printed out on to a Gift Voucher and inserted into a silver Gift Voucher holder, making it look fantastic. It will then be posted to the delivery address that you specify in the checkout. As an added bonus, your Gift Voucher will also be emailed directly to you or your recipient, so that they can use it straight away - great for last-minute gifts. What are Gift Vouchers used for?

If you'd love to get a perfect gift for someone, but can't think of what they'd really like, then buying a Bright Star Kids Gift Voucher is a great idea. Gift Vouchers are a quick and easy birthday present for boys and girls of all ages. It'll also be a practical gift that parents will be thrilled with.

What denominations do you sell?

We have 3 types - $20 Gift Voucher, $40 Gift Voucher and $50 Gift Voucher. All of our Gift Vouchers are in Australian Dollars, and can be used even if you're viewing our site in different currencies.

How can I use a Gift Voucher?

It's really easy to use our Gift Vouchers. Simply visit our website and shop for your favourite products. Once you've finished, go to your Shopping Cart. On this page you'll see a section on the bottom left where you can enter in your Gift Voucher code. Once you've entered your code correctly click the Go button and you will see your voucher updated in your shopping cart.

If I don't have Internet access, how can I use my Gift Voucher?

If you don't have Internet access or would just like to put through your order with an actual person, that's no problem. You can call us between business hours and we'll take your order over the phone and help you with any decisions that you may have. You can also mail or fax through your order, just remember to fill in your Gift Voucher code on the order form. See our contact page for more info.

If I haven't used the Gift Voucher in full, do I get my change?

Yes, if you have only used a portion of your voucher, e.g. $25 out of a $50 voucher, you'll automatically receive an email with a Gift Voucher showing the remaining $25. You can then use this voucher at a later date or pass it on to a friend to use. Just make sure to use it up before the expiry date.

If my order is more than what my Gift Voucher is worth, what happens?

That's no problem. You can simply decide to pay for the extra amount using one of our easy payment methods, such as Credit Card or PayPal.

Can I pass on my Gift Voucher to someone else?

Yes, that's no problem. If you're feeling very generous, then please feel free to give it to your friend. Every Gift Voucher from Bright Star Kids is valid for the purchased amount for 1 year from the date that it was purchased.
