Delivery within AustraliaHow much is postage?Lucky you, as you’re in Australia you get FREE POSTAGE on all orders! Can I get it Express Posted to me?If you need your order in a hurry, that’s ok. Pick our Express Post option and you'll get the super star treatment. Your order will be pushed to the front of the queue and it will be sent out by the next working day or sooner if you're lucky. There is an additional cost for Express Post at $10AUD for all Labels and Wall Graphics - but it's totally worth it if you've got a deadline to keep. Make sure that you live in an Express Post area - view a list of the Express Post areas here. How long does it take to send out my order?We have a turn-around time of up to 2 working days. This means that from the moment you place your order to the time that we pop it in the post, the maximum time you'll have to wait will be 2 working days. Please note that if you choose a payment option other than a credit card, then your order will only be processed once payment has cleared. How long will it take to arrive once it’s been sent?Although most people do find that they receive their products really quickly, sometimes the postal system can be held up, so we recommend the following postal time guides: Please remember that a public holiday doesn't count as a working day. Please also note that some rural destinations may take longer than the time specified here. What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?If you can have a little more patience for another 5 working days and if they haven’t arrived by then, please let us know and we’ll sort it out for you. Don’t worry we’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order on time. Please note, if you’ve placed an order for Wall Graphics or Wheelie Bin Labels, then you may have received a card in your letterbox if you weren’t home. It’s a good idea to check with your local post office before contacting us. What days to you post orders?We post orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If I’m not home what will happen to my order?If you’ve ordered labels, these will most likely be put in your letterbox. If you’ve ordered Wall Graphics or Wheelie Bin Labels, these come in a larger package that won’t fit in your letterbox. Your postman should leave you a card and take it back to your local post office, where you can collect it. My order has items missing. What do I do?When you receive your goods, especially the Wall Graphics, which come in a large A3 sized protective envelope, please make sure that the protective seal is not broken. If it is, please do not accept the goods and return it to your local post or mail office. We cannot accept responsibility if there are any missing items.
