Bright Star Kids Wall Graphics are Made in Australia, using only the highest quality materials available. Every Wall Graphics Kit undergoes strict quality control to make sure that every product is of the best possible standard. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of Bright Star Kids wall decor products, we will be happy to reimburse or send replacement products to you.

If you have experienced any problems using our Wall Graphics, simply contact us via our online contact form and let us know as many details as you can. We will respond to your email as soon as possible with a solution.

Personalized Name Labels - Returns Policy
If you receive your personalised labels with an incorrect spelling, where the error is an error on our behalf, we will gladly reprint the product and post it to you at no cost to you. You may be asked to return the product before we can re-print it.

We cannot reprint errors that occur from a typing error you may have made over the internet or if you change your mind. We provide the label preview for Internet orders so that you can see the product before you purchase it. Please make sure to double check all your spellings before processing the order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of Bright Star Kids labels, we will be happy to reimburse or send replacement products to you. We will not be able to send out any replacement product until we receive the original product first.

Bight Star Kids do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. Non-personalized products can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of shipping. All goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in their original shipping container. We will not be able to send out any replacement products until we receive the original product first.
