Processing Credit Card Payments
If we have problems processing your credit card (e.g. due to an incorrect number being entered or insufficient funds), we will not be able to process your order. We will always contact you by email to let you know if there is a problem. Please keep an eye on your email account for any correspondence from Bright Star Kids, especially your Trash/Junk folder, as your email provider may think our emails are junk.

4 Working Days To Dispatch All Orders
Every order that we receive through our Web site or by fax and phone will have a guaranteed process time of 4 working days or sooner. Please note that sending it by mail may take a few days and the 4 working days of processing will begin when it is delivered to us.

Accepting Goods
When you receive your goods, especially the wall graphics, which come in a large A3 sized protective envelope, please make sure that the protective seal is not broken. If it is please do not accept the goods and return it to your post or mail office, as we cannot accept responsibility if there are any missing items.

Australian Delivery Information
Free Postage within Australia
We offer free standard delivery anywhere within Australia, including Tasmania. The average time for delivery is two to five working days, however this can take longer depending on Australia Post.

Express Post within Australia
If you need in a hurry we offer a great service. Bright Star Kids will dispatch these products by the next working day. We'll mail them via Australian Post Express Post, which guarantees next day delivery to most metropolitan areas. If you live outside the Australia Post Express Post guaranteed next day delivery area, your order may take 2 days to reach you.

A charge of $10 AUD (labels) or $15 AUD (wall graphics) applies to Express Orders to cover the postage cost and additional production costs. We only charge for the postage of one item, whichever is the heaviest, so if you buy 2 label packs and 2 wall graphic kits, the charge will still only be $15 AUD. Great value!

International Delivery Information
$5 AUD - Name Labels
$20AUD - Wall Graphics

We use the airmail postal system to deliver our products overseas, which costs $5 AUD for light items, such as labels, and $20 AUD for heavier products, such as wall graphics.

We only charge for the postage of one item, whichever is the heaviest, so if you buy 2 label packs and 2 wall graphic kits, the charge will still only be $20 AUD.

The time for international delivery can be as fast as one week, and as slow as four to six weeks, depending on your countries postal system.

Please note: As you are purchasing goods from Australia be aware that you may be required to pay import taxes or duty, specific to your country, on delivery.

Packaging used
For all the smaller items, such as the customised labels, we use DL and C5 envelopes, similar to standard greeting cards. For the large Wall Graphic decals, we post these in protective cardboard envelopes, so that bending or dropping will not damage them.
