Preheat the oven to 180<sup>o<\/sup>C and line 2 mini muffin trays with mini cupcake liners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sift the flour and baking powder and gently fold them into the cake ingredients. Stir icing sugar, butter, and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add in the food colouring and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Don\u2019t forget to add a label printed with the price, the name of the item, and a simple list of ingredients.
