All Express Orders are pushed to the top of the queue for priority printing & handling. These will be sent by Express Envelope or Parcel, depending on the items in your order.
*Next Day Express Shipping is only available in the Next Day Australia Post Network (most cities around Australia, excluding Perth).

Can I get Express Shipping in Perth?
Unfortunately for our Perth & WA customers with postcodes outside 6000-6005 & 6800-6899, there will be a longer than normal delivery time, even if you choose Express Shipping, which is an issue to do with Australia Post's delivery network.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
If you can have a little more patience for another 5 business days and if they haven’t arrived by then, please email or call us.
What days do you post orders?
Australia Post picks up our letters & parcels Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If I’m not home what will happen to my order?
For most Label orders, these will be sent in a small envelope that will fit into most mail boxes.
If you’ve placed an order for larger items, such as School Bags or Wall Art, and you weren't home when the courier tried to deliver it, then you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know where you can collect it from. If you requested to have your order left at your home without a signature being required (sometimes known as Safe Drop), unfortunately we can not guarantee the delivery of your order as you've specified that it was safe to leave unattended.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes we send to most destinations around the world. If you are from the US, Singapore, UK or Europe we have dedicated stores for these currencies, so please change the currency icon at the top of the screen to switch to one of these stores.
