If you ever have a problem with any of our products, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.

For refunds and reprints, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Sorry, but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.

Try Before You Buy

Get a sample of our products sent to you for free so you can try before you buy! Don’t forget to tell us your mailing address & what samples you'd like (options include Stick On Labels, Iron On Labels & Wall Stickers).

If you'd like to see a particular design or colour please let us know and we'll do our best to get it out to you. Unfortunately, you can't get personalised samples with your child's name printed.
