Our Wall Letters are designed for indoor use. They may not adhere well to outdoor surfaces due to weather exposure and the nature of external textures.

Our removable and reusable Wall Letters work best on most smooth, non-textured surfaces like plasterboard, cement render, glass and wood. They may not stick as effectively to wash-and-wear painted surfaces. If you experience any issues, we offer a full refund or exchange to ensure your satisfaction.

Make sure your walls are clean, dry, and painted with at least 2–3 coats of good quality paint (ideally not Wash & Wear types). If your walls are freshly painted, wait up to 3 weeks to let the paint cure fully. Just a heads-up: new homes often only have one thin layer of paint, so you may need to add extra coats for the best results.

Simply apply transfer tape over the design, carefully peel off the backing and position it on your surface to apply. Don't forget to smooth it out with a squeegee before removing the transfer tape to reveal your design.

Yes, they're completely reusable. Save the original backing sheet, and when you're ready to move, just peel the letters off and stick them back on the sheet. You can reapply them in a new room or even a new home. Lost your backing sheet? Baking paper works too.
