Technical Graphic Designer - Work From Home
Are you an Adobe Illustrator expert who thrives on precision, speed, and accuracy?
Bright Star Kids (an Australian-based company) is expanding and looking for one reliable, detail-oriented team member based in Belize to join us as a Technical Graphic Designer.
You'll be given a consistent number of hours every week, working Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Belize time. Depending on your experience, our pay rates are very competitive.

Please note: You will be working as a consultant for us and will not be directly employed, so you will be responsible for paying your own taxes.
This is NOT a creative design or illustration role. You will not be designing from scratch or making style decisions.
What you'll be doing:
• Download daily production files from our backend system.
• Set up print files accurately using Adobe Illustrator and other software.
• Thoroughly check files for errors before finalizing.
• Manage a high volume of files efficiently while meeting strict daily deadlines.
• Follow established processes, manuals, and checklists precisely.
What we're looking for:
• Advanced technical expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of print preparation (color modes, DPI, bleeds, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a fast, efficient work ethic.
• Strong reliability - you show up on time and complete tasks right every time.
• Punctuality and availability to work Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Belize time.
• Good written and conversational English.
• A quiet home workspace with stable, high-speed internet and reliable power.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
